Sum 2 lists with same name in python
This is my first post on stackoverflow.
I'm new at python and programming.
I have a problem, I have 2 lists.
The first list :
First_List = ['A','B','C','D']
The second list :
Second_List = ['E','F','G','H']
I would like to calculate the total of each number in each list, like this :
First_List = ['A','B','C','D']
Second_List = ['E','F','G','H']
Output :
Total = A+E = 0 + B+F = 0 + C+G = 0 + D+H = 8
If you have any idea, I would be glad if you could help me.

Do a for loop to iterate over the elements of First_List and Second_List and add the elements of each list to the corresponding total.
for i in First_List:
total += i
for i in Second_List:
total += i
print(total)

Current treatment options for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) are laser prostatectomy and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
